22-25 Sep 2006 - First night under canvas

364kms on  having crossed the border into Spain, we camped just south of Pamploma on a small site at Olite. It wasn't long before we had the roof tent up, tables & chairs out, and Rosie was at her beloved cooker. A Spainish sausage pasta it doesn't sound much, but anyone who knows Rosie and the fact it was our first outdoor meal it was a wonderful.  Another 420kms found us in Avila, we stayed in town and we wished we had Rosie's cooking again, as we both made mistakes in the restuarant that night. First Rosie got tripe for starters & then I got pigs trotters for main course!!

We had 2 more nights in Spain 1 in Zafra the other in Tarifa before we caught the ferry to Morocco, we had driven  2,708kms from CastleBlayney.
